For portfolio landlords

Thinking about selling or letting your properties on a guaranteed rent basis?

If you own or manage a portfolio, we can talk through your priorities and explore whether a sale or a suitable guaranteed rent arrangement is the better fit.

Two routes to explore

Start with what you want to achieve.

We’ll ask about your properties, timescale and preferred outcome, then discuss whether either route is suitable.

01 / SELL

Explore a portfolio sale

Tell us about the properties, your preferred timing and what a successful sale would look like. Where appropriate, Therava can discuss introducing the portfolio to investors seeking residential opportunities.

Any potential buyer, price and transaction remain subject to due diligence, negotiation and contract. We cannot promise a buyer or sale outcome.

02 / LET

Discuss guaranteed rent

For suitable properties, we can explore a company lease with an agreed rent and term. Therava covers agreed non-structural maintenance under the written arrangement.

Property suitability, rent, term, permissions, certificates and responsibilities are checked and agreed before any commitment.

Discuss a rental arrangement →
A transparent arrangement

Every property and agreement is considered on its own terms.

We’ll talk through the portfolio, ownership, condition, location, current occupancy and your objectives. If a guaranteed rent arrangement looks worth exploring, proposed rent, duration, access, maintenance limits and any required permissions will be recorded in the agreement.

Non-structural maintenance coverage is subject to the agreed scope. Structural repairs and other responsibilities must be clearly allocated in writing before a lease begins.
